UCLA Liquid Biopsy Laboratory
Our Mission Statements
“The UCLA Liquid Biopsy Laboratory is an interdisciplinary research team focused on developing and validating innovative platform technologies for detecting liquid biopsy components, such as circulating tumor cells (CTCs) and tumor-derived extracellular vesicles (tumor EVs) from peripheral blood of cancer patients. Our non-invasive tests offer actionable insights that enhance the clinical management of various solid tumors. We strive to address unmet needs and challenges in oncology by providing distinctive diagnostic solutions that offer cancer patients and physicians a clearer path to treatment. Our mission is to advance the field of liquid biopsy research and improve patient outcomes through cutting-edge technology and collaboration across disciplines.”
